Programs That Build Real-World Readiness

Our programs help students grow their skills in professionalism, leadership, service, and career development. BPA’s flagship program — the Workplace Skills Assessment Program (WSAP) —prepares members for real business scenarios through more than 100 competitive events in areas such as finance, IT, and management.

Our Membership Structure

BPA is made up of chartered state organizations that each manage their own state-level programs. These states work together to form the national organization, which manages key programs like WSAP and national conferences.

Middle Level

For middle school students currently or previously enrolled in business or career-related education programs.

High School / Secondary Division

For high school students currently or previously enrolled in business, career technical, or related education programs. Includes Associate Members— students from special populations enrolled in similar programs.

College / Postsecondary Division

For students in college programs who are currently or previously enrolled in business, CTE, or related fields.

Alumni Division

For former BPA student members who want to stay connected and support the organization.

Professional Membership

Open to educators, employers, sponsors, and supporters who contribute to BPA’s mission. Professional members are not part of student divisions but play a vital role in BPA’s development.
